This place offers a fantastic stay, with consistently excellent staff, an amazing breakfast featuring fresh orange juice, and a great location near the Bargello National Museum.

The location is ok, very convenient for visiting the main sights. The breakfast is great.

Extremely difficult to reach the place by car even with the help of navigator. The hotel itself is on the fourth floor. The lift is extremely slow. The conditioning works as a fan which I found typical for cheap Italian hotels. The extra bed was not ready and we were said that it was our fault. They didn't confirm it. (But they didn't inform us about it.) We had a serious problem with parking. We were not informed that it would be in the garage which was difficult to find in the darkness. But when it was found they asked us to leave the car key. We were not ready for it: we had a lot of things in the car. But most of all I disliked the conversation with the garage man who was offended by the fact that we didn't want to leave the key. He was constantly speaking about the 'respect' towards him.

It was noisy but in the middle of the Florence I think it's not sth you can avoid. Noise comes outside of the hotel.

Location: very close to Santa Croce. Good breakfast, selection of pastry as well as meats/cheeses. Most friendly & helpful staff. Free wireless internet. Very clean.

The room here was spacious and new, with central heating, a safe box, and a good selection of TV channels, making for a fantastic stay.

Hotel Bodoni was fantastic! The staff were exceptional, especially the young man at reception who we assume is the son of the owners, he was so helpful and just a lovely person. The location is also great, just a short walk to everything. There's a lovely view from the roof, where you can sit and relax as well. Overall we were extremely happy with everything about this hotel, and will most certainly be back :)

Very nice hotel! Basic and clean room, excellent breakfast, close to the city center (both duomo and Santa Croce) and to a supermarket. There's a balcony with a beautiful view on Florence and the staff is supernice and helpful and fluent in English, French and Spanish. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The bathroom is a bit strange because you have to shower above the toilet and bidet. The lift is also a tad old but these minor inconveniences did not make the stay less agreable at all.

Staff are really helpful and friendly. The breakfast is really good!

The air-conditioner is so noisy and the toliet is small.

Hotel Bodoni is a great value accommodation in Florence. It is well-priced and located in the historic center, just a short walk from the Duomo and main shopping area. the rooms are reasonably large, offering single beds, and the staff is very friendly and lovely.

Great find: very central, simple but clean. Friendly, helpful and multi- lingual staff. Very good value for money! I am definitely coming back to this beautiful city! Thank you!
